Booking terms

At Agencia Marruecos Tours we want your experience to be completely satisfying. That is why we set out below our general conditions for booking, cancellation and payment, so that you have no doubts before travelling with us.

   Booking and confirmation

   To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20–30 % of the total is required. This amount allows us to secure the availability of the tour, the accommodation and the services requested. As soon as we receive it, we send you the formal confirmation by email.

2. 02

   Payment of the balance

   The remaining amount is paid 15 days before the start of the tour. We accept cards (Visa or Mastercard), bank transfer and PayPal. Let us know your preferred payment method in advance so that we can organise it better.

3. 03

   Room types

   When you book, tell us the type of room you prefer and the bed configuration —double or two separate beds— so that we can request it from the accommodation.

4. 04

   Cancellation

   If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. The conditions are as follows:

   • Free cancellation: up to 15–30 days before the start date on standard low-season tours, and up to 30 days before on Sahara and trekking routes, where the camps have limited places.
   • Between 15 and 7 days before: a refund of 50–70 % of the total amount applies.
   • Less than 7 days before: no refund is made, except in cases of force majeure.
5. 05

   Changes to the booking

   Date changes are allowed up to two weeks before departure and are subject to availability. In high season —Christmas and Ramadan— a surcharge may apply.

6. 06

   Force majeure

   There are circumstances beyond your control and ours that we handle separately:

   • Serious illness or natural disasters: full refund on presentation of a medical certificate or official document.
   • Political or visa problems: we reschedule the trip at no extra cost.
7. 07

   Group tours and private tours

   The conditions for group tours are stricter, because they depend on shared places and bookings closed in advance. Private tours offer much more flexibility on dates and changes.

8. 08

   Acceptance of the conditions

   By making the booking, the client expressly accepts these general conditions. We also send them to you in writing with the confirmation, so that you always have a record of what was agreed.
