Confirmation and payment of your adventure

Step 1

Confirmation of your booking

When you send us your request, we get in touch with you to answer any questions and finish personalising the trip. You will then receive the confirmation of your booking by email.

From that moment your trip is secured and we start organising every detail, so that all you have to do is enjoy it.

Step 2

Booking deposit

To secure the booking we ask for a deposit of 20–30 % of the total, which you can pay by PayPal or bank transfer.

• It is a safe and quick payment.
• We send you the payment link as soon as we confirm availability.
• The deposit is deducted from the total price of the trip.

Step 3

Payment of the balance

The remaining amount is paid 15 days before departure. You can pay it:

• By card, Visa or Mastercard.
• By bank transfer.
• Through PayPal.

Let us know in advance which method you prefer so that we can organise it better.

Step 4

Room type

So that everything fits, we need you to tell us:

• The type of room you prefer (double or twin).
• Any bed preference: a double bed or two separate beds.

With this information we confirm the best option available in each accommodation.

Step 5

Follow-up and final confirmation

Once we have received the deposit and your preferences, we send you the final confirmation with all the details: day-by-day itinerary, accommodation and the details of your guide and driver.

And all that is left is to count the days until your adventure in Morocco.
